As president of JL Consulting, Julie A. Loomis, CPA is dedicated to working closely with business owners, real estate investors, and individuals to minimize taxes and increase their bottom line. Julie has worked hard to create a company that develops business and tax strategies with real people in mind.

While working for a public accounting firm in San Mateo, California, Julie was awarded her Certified Public Accountant license in 2000. Inspired by being the daughter of a second generation small business owner, Julie opened JL Consulting, A Professional Accounting Corporation in 2001.

At JL Consulting, Julie uses her twenty five years of accounting experience to guide businesses and individuals toward success. She has held a variety of corporate accounting positions in such industries as banking, restaurant, government, construction and automobile sales.

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Julie is committed to the growth of the local accounting and business community. Julie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) and the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce.

Julie graduated from California State University Sacramento in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy. In her spare time Julie enjoys fitness, wine tasting and painting.
